Terms and Conditions

1. Only persons above 18 years can apply for Delegate Pass
2. Ordinary Delegate Fee Rs. 50/- , for students free on submission of proof of being a Bonafide student
3. Last Date for Registration is 29th July 2011
4. Demand Drafts to be payable at Thiruvananthapuram to Secretary, Federation of Film Societies of India

Instructions to Delegates

• The filled up form can be sent either online or by post
• Please note the registration no of the form and send along with stamp size photograph (if not sent online) and delegate fee to Secretary, Federation of Film Societies of India Office, Kalabhavan, Thiruvananthapuram 695014, Kerala Ph: 0091 471 2321953
• You may collect your Delegate card only after submission of money from Federation of Film Societies of India Office, Kalabhavan, Thiruvananthapuram after 23rd July 2011.
• If you want the card to be sent to you, please enclose Rs 5/- (Five rupees) stamped self addressed envelope along with registration no, delegate fee and stamp size photograph.
• Card will be ready only two days after receiving the photograph and delegate fee along with registration number.
• After Online Registration please make payments by DD/Cash payable at Thiruvananthapuram to Secretary, Federation of Film Societies of India. Please write your serial number at the back of the DD.

Regulations

1. Children will not be allowed into the screening.
2. Seating will be on a first come first served basis.
3. Delegate card holder is eligible for admission to the inaugural and closing functions.
4. The delegate card holder will be eligible for admission to the theatres mentioned on the card.
5. Use of mobile phones during screenings is strictly prohibited.
6. Unauthorised photography and videography will not be allowed in the theatres.
7. Accreditation can be cancelled by the festival authorities incase of misconduct by the Delegate or misuse of the delegate card.
